Controller status

The data controller’s legal identity, service address and working privacy contact channel have not yet been confirmed. Clear Market Path is currently described only as the project/brand. These identity and contact fields must be completed—and this notice reviewed—before public launch or any active collection of enquiries.

Data, purpose and legal basis

This is a static information site with no account, contact form or payment facility. The table describes the code currently present; server-log details remain conditional on the hosting choice.

Processors and recipients

A hosting provider has not been selected or disclosed. The final provider, processing location, services and relevant retention terms must be added before launch. We do not claim that any analytics service is active: the site contains a Consent Mode command queue but no Google Analytics or advertising tag. Personal data should be shared only where needed for hosting, security, legal compliance or an enquiry, and never sold.

International transfers

No transfer destination or safeguard is claimed while hosting and any future processors remain undecided. If data is transferred outside the EEA, the controller must identify the transfer basis—such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards—and provide relevant information before that processing begins.

Security

The current design minimises collection: no login, payment or contact-form fields are present; advertising signals default to denied; and storage is limited to site choices. Appropriate technical and organisational controls must be confirmed with the final operator and host. No claim of perfect security, certification, penetration test or independent audit is made.

Your GDPR rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable exemptions, Articles 15–22 GDPR provide rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, plus protections concerning decisions based solely on automated processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. This site does not currently make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

How to exercise a right

A working privacy channel will be published after the controller is confirmed. Requests should identify the right and the relevant interaction without sending unnecessary sensitive data. Proportionate identity checks may be needed. You may also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission; consult dataprotection.ie for current official contact and complaint guidance.

Children

The publication is written for adults and does not knowingly seek children’s personal data. It offers no account or child-directed service. If collection involving a child is identified, it should be assessed and removed where appropriate.

Changes to this notice

Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date and a clear explanation where the change affects how data is used. Hosting, contact details, processors and optional measurement must be documented before they become active.
